"I used the apartment for the first time.
The layout of the room was fashionable, but the dust was terrible. The sofas, cushions and windows were also stained. The remote control of the TV was not able to be paired with the manufacturer different from the TV at all.
However, it was good because I was able to stay cheaply."

AAnonymous UserVery new & nice hotel but front desk staffs were not happy to provide these 2 services:
1) stored our luggages for 3 days after begging them.
2) help to call 3 taxis for 3 rooms, they can only called 1 taxi. The rest of us have to wait outside for taxi.

AAnonymous UserI would like to express my sincere gratitude to Miss Hinako Saito, who has been exceptionally helpful and kind throughout our stay. She resolved our issues promptly and with great patience, making us feel very comfortable.
However, I encountered a significant issue with the hotel room. I fail to understand why the wall between the bathroom and the bedroom is transparent. When one person is sleeping, the light from the bathroom disrupts the entire room, making it uncomfortably bright. This situation forced me to use the flashlight on my phone while using the bathroom, which was inconvenient.
As a result, I would rate this hotel 3.5 out of 5 stars. The three stars are for Miss Hinako’s excellent service, and the remaining 0.5 star is for the cleanliness of the room.

RR J WRelatively clean, though it is evident that the hotel is quite old. The room and toilet were cosy. One main upside to this hotel is that they offer free drinks (coffee, tea, red/white wine, fruit juice, and hotel-made soup) from 1pm to 7pm, which is free flow as long as you are a guest at the hotel. There are also two fine dining restaurants at the top two floors, one of which is teppanyaki-style. There is also breakfast buffet at Lvl 5 which is quite nice.

GGuest UserExcellent location as this hotel is around 5 min (around 500m) walk to JR Sapporo station. If you are looking for very close to Susukino area, this hotel may be slightly far from Susukino.
The room is modern and clean which is very important in my opinion, hope they can keep the great room condition for as long as they can.
Front office staffs are very helpful, I have booked two twin rooms, they tried thier best to put our two rooms next to each other, the only down thing is communicating in English, they have to use translater to communicate with us.
Apart from that, very happy with our stay and highly recommended.
Will definitely come back if visit Sapporo again.

GGuest UserConveniently located. 5-min walk from North Exit of Sapporo Station. If you take the underpass from station, exit 9 of the underpass is just opposite to the hotel. Seicomart is only one block away - easy to get snacks and drinks.
The hotel itself is not new, so you can expect the interior is a bit traditional. The breakfast is the highlight of stay - pretty good choice of food that can feed adults and children.

MMui Foong HelenHotel directly opposite Sapporo station, very convenient, that's a link from the hotel basement to the train station underground, no worries if it's snowing.
Check in was smooth, front desk staff are friendly.
They provided luggage storage, just use your credit to locked and unlocked, we were away to Hakotate for 2 days, they allowed us to store our big luggage until we got back and checked into the hotel again for a night before leaving Hokkaido.
Will stay in this hotel again when my next visit to Sapporo
